Acceptance of Terms These are the terms and conditions for your (“Entrant”) entry into the Competition conducted by the Promoter.
Entrant’s entry into and participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information regarding the rights and obligations of the Entrant.
Competition Start Time Competition commences on local time.
Competition Close Time Competition concludes on local time.
Entry Eligibility In order to enter the Competition an Entrant must at the time of entry be:
  • (i) 18 years or over; and
  • (ii) an Australian Resident with an address in Australia.
Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information are ineligible for the Competition and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed to have provided this type of information will be deemed invalid.
In accordance with relevant state gambling rules and regulations, an Entrant must not use any prize of the Competition as an inducement directed at encouraging persons to gamble.
How to Enter At any time between the Competition Start Date and the Competition Close Date, Entrants may enter the Competition by:
  • (i) entering their details via the Community Footy Raffle - AgentName website (“Website”), including but not limited to providing their full name, email address and contact phone number; and
  • (ii) purchasing one or more raffle tickets via the Website.
If the Entrant does not successfully complete their initial entry by entering the required details, they will automatically forfeit their entry to the Competition.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
Ticket Cost Each raffle ticket will cost $5 (FIVE DOLLARS).
No Limitation on Entries Entrants may purchase as many tickets as they like, at the cost of $5 (FIVE) per ticket.
There will be no discount for purchasing additional tickets.
Cancellation or Modification If for any reason any aspect of the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of weather, computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, event schedule changes, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any element of the Competition and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize and, in such a case no compensation or replacement benefits or prizes will be offered.
Entrant Benefits Each Entrant will receive one Port Adelaide Football Club 2025 2-game membership for each raffle ticket purchased, up to a maximum of five 2-game memberships per transaction. Each Port Adelaide Football Club 2025 2-game membership will entitle the holder to general admission access to:
  • (i) the Port Adelaide Football Club AFL home game in Round 18 against West Coast; and
  • (ii) one other Port Adelaide Football Club AFL home game in 2025 of the Entrant’s choice, excluding Round 5 (Gather Round) and Round 9 (Showdown) and subject to availability.
The Promoter shall provide the Entrant with the 2-game memberships to which they are entitled by emailing the Entrant within 10 days of purchase of raffle tickets with information on accessing digital tickets.
Entrant must be contactable by the Promoter to redeem any membership benefits and may opt out of communication at any time.
The 2-game memberships are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are forfeited if not used. The Entrant must not sell any 2- game membership received as part of the Competition.
Prize Details In addition to the above Benefits, the fourteen (14) prizes listed on the Website will be available to be won by Entrants to the Competition.
The Promoter may give away bonus prizes to Entrants who meet certain specified conditions or targets in its sole and absolute discretion.
Each Entrant who is deemed a winner will receive one (1) prize for each winning raffle ticket, with the prize selection to be determined by the AgentName in their sole and absolute discretion.
Each Entrant is eligible to win multiple prizes.
The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are forfeited if not used. The Entrant must not sell any prize received as part of the Competition.
Draw Details The Competition is a game of chance of which there will be multiple winners. Winners shall be the holders of raffle tickets selected at random by an online computer process conducted by the Promoter.
The draw will take place on local time.
Contact details of the winning Entrants will be passed on to the AgentName and the AgentName will notify winners by email within seven (7) days and arrange dispatch or collection of prizes.
All winning Entrants will be published on the Website by .
If an Entrant is unsuccessful in obtaining a prize, they will not be notified and there will be no follow up from the Promoter.
Prize Claim and Delivery Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter and AgentName to be awarded a prize in the Competition. Entrants unable to be contacted will forfeit their prize.
The prize must be claimed within twenty one (21) days from the date of notification of winning, unless otherwise agreed with the AgentName. Any unclaimed prize within the nominated collection time will be forfeited and a redraw will not take place and no compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.
Winning Entrants may be required to prove their identity and show photo evidence in the form of identification (i.e. driver’s license) before any prize is supplied.
The Entrants shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses associated with their collection or use of any prize, including but not limited to postage, transport, petrol, flights, accommodation, booking fees, taxes, clothing, food and drink and neither the Promoter nor the AgentName shall accept or be expected to reimburse an Entrant for any such costs.
The Promoter and the AgentName take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost once collected or while in transit .
Special Conditions The Entrant acknowledges that any benefits or prizes in the form of tickets to football games or other events at Adelaide Oval are subject to the conditions of entry to Adelaide Oval as published on the Adelaide Oval website and that the Entrant will need to abide by these terms and conditions if they choose to accept a benefit or prize of this nature.
The Promoter may request more information with respect to any entry to the Competition. Contact by the Promoter or the AgentName does not mean that the Entrant is a winner.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter excludes its liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense which may be suffered or incurred in relation to the Entrant’s entry into the Competition or the Entrant’s possession or use of any prizes awarded to the Entrant.
The Competition is governed exclusively by the laws of South Australia.
Personal Information The Promoter will manage the personal information of the Entrant in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.portadelaidefc.com.au/privacy.
The details of a winning Entrant will be shared with the AgentName to allow communication regarding prizes.
Each Entrant who submits their personal information consents to receiving emails from the Promoter containing offers that it thinks may interest the Entrant. The Entrant will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that is sent.
